Peter is a three-time U.S. National Champion, and a World and Olympic Bronze Medalist. As a World and Olympic coach he has guided many skaters to National titles and Yuna Kim to a World medal. He is a member of the US Figure Skating Hall of Fame and specializes in jumps, pairs, and choreography.

Rafael has developed a highly-respected reputation because of his technical skills and his students’ performances on both national and international levels. Mr Arutyunyan has coached many national and world-class competitors throughout his career, including 5-time World Champion Michelle Kwan and Russian National Champion Alexander Abt. His most recent students, Jeffrey Buttle and Mao Asada, claimed the 2008 Men’s and Ladies World Champion titles, respectively.

Patti started coaching with the Special Olympics over 30 years ago, and continues to attend ice skating clinics provided by the Orange County Special Olympics Committee. She is a member of USFSA as a special needs Basic Skills instructor. Patti has worked in special education for the Garden Grove school district for over 30 years. Her skaters have participated in both the National and World Special Olympic Games. She also has experience coaching Special Olympic Gymnastics, Roller Skating, Track & Field events, as well as ballet. She truly enjoys working with special needs athletes.

Caitlin Clarke

Caitlin has been coaching professionally since 2004. She is a member of US Figure Skating, Ice Skating Institute, and the Professional Skaters Association with a Registered Group Rating. She also holds hockey and power skating certifications. Caitlin has 9 years of formal ballet training and 7 years of club volleyball experience. She enjoys working with students on off-ice posture, jump, and strength training, all levels of basic skills and free skate programs, moves in the field, and presentation. Caitlin holds a B.A. double major in cultural anthropology and classics from the University of Illinois and is now a PhD student in cultural and interpretive kinesiology.

Derrick has been coaching for 11 years and has worked with national and international competitors. He is a former National Collegiate, Olympic Festival, and World Junior Champion. He has competed at 18 consecutive National Championships and has been a member of the U.S. International Team for 14 straight years. He also holds a B.A. degree in Psychology and Communication from Stanford University. Derrick enjoys coaching freestyle, moves in the field, and choreography for all levels.

Amanda Falkowski

Although having begun her skating career in singles, Amanda’s true passion and expertise is synchronized skating. As a national and international competitor Amanda was captain of the California Gold Synchronized Skating Team. As captain, she led the team to back-to-back National medals and their first Team USA assignment. Just as in her competitive career, Amanda has earned national and international success as a synchronized skating coach, leading the team to Sectional, U.S. National, and International medals.

She has studied ice dancing and studio dance extensively. Her specialties include synchronized skating, Moves in the Field, Basic Skills, and power skating. She earned her B.A. in Communications from Concordia University in 2008.

Grant Hochstein

Grant is a ten-time U.S. National competitor and a two- time U.S. National medalist. He is also an international medalist as well as a World Junior Team member. He is a double Gold medalist in freestyle and field moves. Grant is a member of the PSA and USFS. He specializes in high and low level spins, jumps, field moves and choreography. He is currently pursuing a degree in history from Wayne State University.

Nadia was a Russian National Team member for six consecutive years at both the Novice and Junior levels. She has apprenticed as a coach under the tutelage of Elena Vodorezova and is currently assistant coach to Rafael Arutyunyan. Under such guidance Nadia has developed a wide repertory of coaching skills involving jumps, spins, footwork and choreography. Her students have included two-time Japanese National Champion and 2008 World Champion Mao Asada, and her sister, Mai Asada.

Karen is a U.S. National competitor, an international medalist, and a Pacific Coast and Eastern Champion with over 20 years of skating experience. She is a member of the Professional Skaters Association and US Figure Skating. Karen specializes in choreography, presentation, advanced jump technique, and spins.

“Coach Li” is a National, World, and Olympic coach. She coached Chinese champion Lu Chen to a gold medal at the 1995 World Championships and to two Olympic bronze medals. She teaches all competitive levels from beginner to advanced, specializing in jump technique and freestyle.

Robin Morgan

Robin has over 35 years of figure skating experience. After competing at the Regional, Sectional, and National levels in singles, pairs, and dance, she also toured with Ice Capades both nationally and internationally. She is a member of USFS, Gold certified in ISI and holds a Registered rating through the Professional Skaters Association. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her experience and passion are visible in all aspects of her coaching. She enjoys teaching all levels of freestyle, moves in the field, and artistry.

Candace Peecher

Candace has 19 years of skating experience as a USFS freestyle and synchronized competitor. She is a USFS double gold medalist, artistic nationals gold medalist, and U.S National Competitor. She has continued to skate professionally and has appeared on shows such as "The Office", "Bones", and various commercials. In addition, she has trained in ballet, modern, and jazz and comp-eted nationally for 10 years on dance team winning "Dancer of the Year" and "Miss Showbiz" among others. She is a member of the Professional Skaters Association and U.S Figure Skating. Candace specializes in all areas of freestyle, choreography, and off-ice dance training.

La Rhonda has been coaching for 10 years. She is a member of US Figure Skating, the Ice Skating Institute, and the Professional Skaters Association with a Registered Freestyle rating. Through USFS, she is a technical specialist. She has considerable expertise in all aspects of a skater’s training regimen, but considers jump technique her specialty.

Education is La Rhonda’s passion. In addition to coaching figure skating, she holds a Master’s Degree in Biological Education, teaches high school biology, and offers tutorial assistance for figure skaters.

Junichi Takemura

Junichi Takemura trained at Shin-Yokohama Ice Arena in Japan. Junichi is a 7 times Japanese Senior Men’s National Competitor. Junichi competed winning 1st place at Koktai National Championships in Japan. After graduating university he went on to tour the world as a professional Principle Performer for Holiday on Ice and Disney on Ice. Junichi specializes in all areas of developing competitive skaters.

Kelly is a double gold medalist in both Ladies Freestyle and Moves in the Field. Kelly has over 7 years of professional experience touring with Bietak Productions, Holiday on Ice, and Disney on Ice. She graduated from Penn State University with a Communications degree. She is also a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga teacher, Nutritionist, and Weight Management specialist. Kelly specializes in training skaters both on and off the ice.

Lia was the Italian National Dance Champion and represented Italy at the World and Olympic Championships. She has 17 years of teaching experience. Her specialties are moves in the field, choreography, stroking, and dance.

Tippy is a U.S. National competitor. She has placed in the top four in the Southwest Regional and Pacific Coast Sectional Championships. She specializes in beginning freestyle and the U.S. Figure Skating Basic Skills Program.

Jean Yun has over 30 years of teaching experience. She is a Master Rated PSA instructor and has taught World, Olympic, and International competitors, She has coached skaters through all levels of the USFS and ISI programs. Jean was an Olympic competitor, two-time World Team member, a double U.S. Gold Medalist, and a double Korean Gold Medalist.

Jean starred in Ice Capades, (East, West, and Continental Co.), guest starred in Nutcracker on Ice with Dorothy Hamill, and was a principal performer in John Curry’s Ice Ballet. She was also a three-time principal performer in Majesty on Ice with Robin Cousins and a special guest star of the Skatefest Champions on Ice tour with Dorothy Hamill.

Slava Zagorodnyuk

Slava Zagorodnyuk

Viacheslav (Slava) was initially coached by Galina Zmievskaya and later worked with Valentin Nikolaev. His accomplished skating career includes Gold and Silver medals in men’s singles at the World Junior Figure Skating Championship, European Figure Skating Championship, and Trophee Lalique. He was also a 4-time Ukrainian Gold medalist, as well as, a 2-time NHK Trophy Silver medalist, and World Bronze medalist. His best finish at the World Championships was third in 1994. Slava has also participated in the TV/Film production The Christmas Angel: A Story on Ice.
